This is the third and last poster for the Foothill Gold Line, which dedicated the beginning of the final phase from Azusa to Montclair and was by far the most difficult. It features the Claremont Station, built in 1927, with a 35 foot tower facade of concrete Churrigueresque that rise to form parapets above the roofline. And a re-designed bridge that passes over Santa Anita Avenue in Arcadia, a design that is repeated in the final phase. Citrus College, City of Glendora, the University of La Verne, Claremont Colleges, the Montclair Transcenter, and the Pomona Fairplex are also represented. Besides a value study, preliminary included a birds eye detail sketch of the station, and setting up a 3 point plus - perspective in illustrator.
